The site presents research-style observation surfaces, grounded records, controlled experiments, and public-data observatories. Content is provided for information, research communication, and product demonstration. It is not a product dashboard, trading platform, control system, regulated advice service, underwriting service, safety system, or operational command interface.

Observation and finance disclaimer

• Finance Observatory pages observe public-market response structure. They do not provide forecasts, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
• Candidate markers, corridors, and replay motion are observational encodings. They are not guarantees of future price behaviour.
• LFR Resonance Systems LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is a financial promotion requiring FCA authorisation, and nothing should be treated as an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.

Energy, grid, BESS, and infrastructure disclaimer

• Grid, BESS, and infrastructure pages use public or customer-scoped data to produce observation surfaces, candidate markers, and report prototypes.
• Public-data outputs are observational only. They are not asset-health diagnoses, degradation assessments, fault determinations, safety alerts, reliability forecasts, grid-stability assessments, dispatch instructions, engineering design advice, or control recommendations.
• BM Unit, accepted-action cadence, demonstrated-energy, derating, support-role, boundary-context, and revenue-at-risk outputs are candidate observations unless a separate engagement states otherwise.
• Internal asset interpretation requires appropriate internal logs and context, such as BMS, PCS, SCADA, thermal, metered, maintenance, contract, warranty, and operational records.

Data sources and third-party data

Some pages use public data sources such as Elexon / BMRS, NESO, Carbon Intensity, National Grid public network information, or public market records. Data-source details and boundaries are set out on the Data sources page and may also appear on individual observation pages.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those data providers unless expressly stated. Public data may be delayed, revised, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to source-specific terms. Derived observations may change when source data, methods, or snapshots are updated.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, figures, observation surfaces, and supporting materials are owned by or licensed to LFR Resonance Systems LTD. You may view pages for personal or internal research use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission, except where a separate licence or dataset agreement applies.

Observation packages

Any paid or unpaid dataset observation work is subject to separate agreed scope covering input format, confidentiality, retention, delivery format, and limits. Website content alone does not create a contract for bespoke analysis.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep observation surfaces accurate and available, but content may be incomplete, experimental, delayed, or withdrawn without notice. Data sources, scripts, and archived slices may change as methods evolve.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LFR Resonance Systems LTD excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
