- What claim or decision depends on them?
- Where does the connection stop being clear?
- Why does the answer matter?
Do not send confidential or proprietary data in your first message. Describe the question first. Scope, access and data handling are agreed before records are received.
We first determine whether the question fits LFR and what the available records may be able to establish. The next step may be a narrower question, a request for one specific record, or a conclusion that the current evidence cannot decide it.
