Public Physical Ledger / Cadence Lens

Accepted actions have cadence. Cadence is not a verdict.

Public balancing records can show when accepted BM actions are recorded, their duration and direction, and whether visible cadence separates from instructed-energy volume. That bounded public footprint can shape an evidence request. It cannot diagnose internal condition.

Claim boundary. Public accepted-action cadence is an external duty lens only. What we cannot see →
Observable set

What the cadence lens reads

Each observable is a public footprint. None is an internal asset interpretation.

Cadence persistence

How frequently are accepted actions recorded?

Counts accepted-action participation through time. This can separate occasional visible use from repeated visible participation.

Short-duration cadence

How brief are the accepted actions?

Highlights frequent short instructions where the public record shows a more fragmented action rhythm.

Direction switching

How often does the public direction change?

Reads bid/offer alternation in the accepted-action record. It does not infer internal control stress.

Volume separation

Is cadence different from energy volume?

Separates high-frequency visible participation from high instructed-energy roles. The two measures answer different public-duty questions.

Evidence request

What a high-cadence public footprint can justify asking

The public lens does not answer these questions. It makes them specific enough to ask.

Public footprintPossible evidence requestWhat remains outside public data
High cadence, low instructed energyAlign with PCS, thermal, BMS, optimiser, availability, and maintenance logs.Internal duty cost, thermal impact, degradation, warranty effect.
Frequent direction switchingReview whether internal control and cycling assumptions match the observed public rhythm.Control strategy, protection events, sub-settlement response.
Publicly quiet BM footprintCross-check B1610 metering, EAC contracts, MEL/MIL, REMIT, PN/FPN, and registry status.Whether the asset is commercially inactive, physically unavailable, or active outside BM.
