Reconcile the public identity before interpreting the asset

A due-diligence public lens asks whether project, BM Unit, meter, owner, operator, declared capability, service, outage, and registry records refer to a coherent operational identity.

Not technical certification. Public records can expose evidence gaps. They cannot replace site inspection, engineering review, contractual diligence, or owner records.

Identity mapping

Resolve project name, BM Unit, EIC, meter, owner, operator, optimiser, connection point, registry entry, and commissioning stage.

Operational trace

Compare accepted BM actions, B1610 metering, declared capability, and physical intention at aligned maturity horizons.

Service scope

Check whether EAC or other public service records explain BM absence or role migration. Contract scope is not delivery evidence.

Outage and restoration

Align REMIT and public absence with owner outage, maintenance, augmentation, and return-to-service records.

Internal reconciliation

Request only the documents needed to resolve the standing public residual, with the question and observation window fixed.
