Each public lens records a limited part of physical and institutional action: instruction, declaration, metering, contract, outage, registry, frequency, or system context. We keep those limits visible, then test where the lenses agree, correct one another, or leave a question unresolved.

The authorised 14 August card is a whole-system view of four relations in the public GB record. It keeps supply, accepted-action count and instructed-trajectory energy separate, names no units, and does not establish asset condition, causality, reliability, credit or any future outcome.
